How booking direct with us works, what happens if plans change, and what we do with your details. Every detail here is sample text: swap in your own terms.
Booking and deposit
Send your dates and we reply by email within a day.
Your booking is confirmed once the 25% deposit is paid.
We hold your dates for 48 hours while you pay.
Paying the balance
The balance is due four weeks before you arrive.
We email a reminder a week before it is due.
Book within four weeks of arrival and you pay in full.
Changing or cancelling
Cancel more than six weeks before arrival for a full refund.
Closer than that, we refund whatever we can re-let.
Need to move your dates? We will always try to help.
During your stay
Up to six guests and two well-behaved dogs per cottage.
No parties or events, and no smoking indoors.
Tell us about any breakage: accidents happen.
Your details
We use your details only to manage your booking.
We never sell or share them for marketing.
Ask us to delete them any time after your stay.
Cookies and this site
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work.
Booking requests are sent to us by email and kept for two years.
